We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Accounting Intern to join our team for a six-month to two-year internship.

Job Description:
As an Accounting Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in various aspects of accounting, audit, and financial management. Working closely with our clients and alongside our Partners and experienced staff, you will be involved in real-life projects, enhancing your understanding of accounting principles, audit procedures, financial reporting, and tax preparation.

Responsibilities:
• Assist with audit planning and administration
• Assist with the performance of audit procedures
• Support the preparation of tax returns and organization of documentation supporting reportable tax return activities for individuals, partnerships, and corporations
• Conduct research on accounting and tax-related issues as needed
• Collaborate with team members on various projects and tasks
• Maintain strict confidentiality of all financial and client information
• Perform ad hoc tasks and projects as required

Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• Strong academic performance and a solid understanding of accounting principles
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, self-review and organizational skills
• Strong critical thinking, written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism
• Prior experience in an accounting or finance-related role is a plus
